Over de functie

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst bij PcP ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit de bouw en industrie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat offerteaanvragen, orders en klantvragen snel én deskundig worden afgehandeld. Met jouw technische kennis weet je als geen ander wat de klant voor zijn project nodig heeft en hoe jij de juiste oplossing kunt bieden.

Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers, logistiek, werkvoorbereiding en productie en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld is. Daarbij ben je nauwkeurig, klantgericht en heb je oog voor commerciële kansen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten adviseren over producten en toepassingen, specifiek gericht op bouw en industrie.
  • Offertes en orders verwerken in ons ERP-systeem op basis van technische klantaanvragen
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers, werkvoorbereiding, logistiek en productie om leveringen efficiënt te organiseren.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met je internationale collega’s.
  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van verkooptrajecten.
  • Beheren en registreren van klantgegevens en contactmomenten in het CRM-systeem.
  • Signaleren van verkoopkansen en proactief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en klantbenadering.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-/hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of commerciële richting.
  • Werkervaring in een binnendienstfunctie in een technische, industriële of bouwkundige omgeving is een pre.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en CRM-systemen.
  • Technisch inzicht en een vlotte manier van communiceren.
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkwijze en klantgerichte instelling.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
